Labor & Employment Shareholder Peter J. Ennis Participates as Faculty at Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Labor & Employment Shareholder Peter J. Ennis participated as faculty at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) CLE, titled “How to Win (or Defend Against) Summary Judgment Motions in Employment Law Cases,” on Tuesday, February 10. The course explored the nuances of bringing, or defending against, summary judgment motions in disparate treatment cases and gain strategic techniques for pursuing or defending motions.
