- Trending laws regulating the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in employment decisions
- Emerging state and federal laws regulating the use of non-compete clauses in employment agreements
- OSHA’s increasing focus on the need for employers to avoid neutrality and implement workplace prevention standards
