Kody assists clients in corporate and commercial litigation and general civil defense litigation. Kody has concentrated his practice of issues of corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, but has significant experience in the Delaware Superior Court and District of Delaware as well.
What Clients Can Expect
Kody is diligent, attentive to his clients, and prepared to respond quickly and efficiently no matter the complexity of the issue his clients face. Kody seeks to understand his clients’ goals and execute the most effective plan for attaining them.
Outside the Office
Kody enjoys keeping both mentally and physically fit, and spending time with his wife and their two border collies. Kody is a music-lover and hockey fan, and will often be seen attending concerts and Philadelphia Flyers games.
