Khushbu’s work covers a wide spectrum of immigration practice areas including PERM, nonimmigrant petitions (including L-1A/L-1B, O-1, E-2, and H-1B), and immigration petitions (EB-1 and EB-5). Khushbu also assists individuals in other immigration matters including permanent residence applications and naturalization. With a practical understanding of the intricacies surrounding immigration issues, Khushbu has guided her clients through complexities with USCIS. In the past, Khushbu’s immigration work has also consisted of representing clients in proceedings before various immigration courts as well as interviews at the asylum office and USCIS (I-485 and N-400).
