Kevin P. Lucas Featured in Pittsburgh Business Times Article on the City’s Top Lawyers
"This case arose out of a corporate restructuring and resulting dispute over entitlement to substantial tax refund and insurance expense amounts. It had everything that makes sophisticated business litigation so interesting — ebbs and flows, highs and lows, senior corporate executives as witnesses," Kevin told the publication in regard to a case he worked on from 1989-1996, Allegheny International Inc. v. Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corp.
The case “provided a simple but enduring reminder that, as lawyers, we partner with our clients in litigation,” he went on to say.
