How Kevin Helps Clients
Kevin is an associate in Buchanan’s healthcare litigation group, where he focuses his practice on defending healthcare providers in a variety of professional liability and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Kevin was an associate at a regional defense firm in New Jersey, where he worked on medical malpractice and premises liability matters. He gained valuable experience and was able to obtain several dismissals in the course of dispositive motion practice. He also was a law clerk to the Assignment Judge of the Camden Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court, the Honorable Deborah Silverman Katz. A.J.S.C.
During law school, Kevin worked in the admissions office, served on the board of Drexel’s branch of Outlaw, worked as a research assistant, and was on the executive board of the Drexel Law Review as Notes Editor. He also interned for the Honorable Marjorie M. Rendell, Senior Judge on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
In addition, he interned with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in its Bureau of Consumer Protection and its Division of Financial Enforcement. At graduation, he was recognized with an award for contributions to the intellectual life of the school.
