Kathryn Lee Colgan is a senior attorney providing employment counseling and litigation services ranging from wrongful termination, age and gender discrimination, harassment, disability discrimination, retaliation, advice and counsel, and wage/hour claims.
Kathryn’s practice includes extensive litigation practice and knowledge including first and second chairing a number of trials in Southern California securing defense verdicts for corporate clients in addition to representing employers handling complex matters up and down the California coastline.
Ms. Colgan graduated from UCLA in 2005, cum laude, where she double majored in History and Political Science in addition to playing on the UCLA women’s soccer team. She graduated from Cal Western School of Law in 2009 where she clerked for the Multiple Conflicts office and Upper Deck among others. She was also a member of the mentor/mentee program and international law club. Ms. Colgan was selected as one of San Diego’s Best Attorneys in 2023 by SD Metro Magazine. She is licensed to practice law in all districts of California.
Outside the Office
Outside the office, Ms. Colgan enjoys spending time with her friends, and family, traveling, running, soccer, beach volleyball, and playing fantasy football.
