Joshua Smith Selected to Leadership Tampa Bay

Tampa, FL - Joshua Smith, a shareholder with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs, was recently selected for Leadership Tampa Bay, class of 2012. Leadership Tampa Bay (LTB) is a comprehensive leadership program designed to better prepare a diverse group of community, government, business and nonprofit leaders to work collaboratively in addressing regional issues. LTB is designed to provide a unique learning experience for emerging and existing leaders through an intensive nine month program that trains, empowers and supports leaders so they can effect positive community change in the region.

Joshua Smith practices in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice.  His past experience includes commercial and business litigation matters, contract disputes, real estate disputes, eminent domain, partnership disputes, and government contracting.  Mr. Smith represents clients such as regional and national businesses, banks, lending institutions, and government contractors.  He received his B.S. from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
