Intellectual Property Shareholders Erin M. Dunston, Philip L. Hirschhorn and Todd R. Walters will participate in a Tri-Inns meeting on November 10 that will focus on proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). The program will provide guidance about issues that affect inter partes reviews, covered business method patent reviews and post-grant reviews. Hirschhorn and Walters will both speak on a panel, which Dunston will moderate.
