John E. McGrady Authors Article Published in Bloomberg BNA Publications

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Shareholder and Co-Chair of its Executive Compensation Practice John E. McGrady recently penned an article published in Bloomberg BNA’s Tax Management Compensation Planning Journal titled, “Equity Compensation Arrangements for Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies.” His article details several recent tax law developments and their impact on equity incentive compensation arrangements for partnerships and LLCs. 

The article was also selected as a new chapter in Bloomberg BNA's Benefits Practice Resource Center’s Executive & Director Compensation Reference Guide.
