John A. Barbour Appointed to United Way of Allegheny County Board of Directors

United Way of Allegheny County announced today that John "Jack" A. Barbour, CEO, Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, has been appointed to the organizations' board of directors, along with three others.

Barbour is responsible for leading the firm's strategic direction and business operations. His practice focuses on real estate development and financing, complex commercial transactions, and advising high net-worth family businesses, including serving as outside counsel to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Rooney families.

The United Way of Allegheny County is a change agent and efficient community fundraiser that improves lives by addressing critical community needs.
