On April 24, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Shareholder Jill M. Lashay will present at the ACC Central PA Chapter’s CLE program titled, "Today’s In-House Counsel: Managing Information Disputes 2014," on April 24 from 8am to 4pm.

Businesses and their counsel have been faced with daily (sometimes hourly) changes to labor and employment laws/regulations. Amendments to already challenging regulations, recent Supreme Court decisions, unanticipated Executive Orders and more aggressive federal agency enforcement efforts have combined to create the perfect storm for employers. This update will address a number of these most recent developments and advise in-house counsel on how to manage the challenges they present.
