Jenny is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance & Technology Practice. She focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general corporate governance, financings and offerings, commercial contracts, and federal and state securities law compliance.

Jenny is committed to the people who make the business and works diligently to understand their business and their needs. She is detail-oriented and strives to leave no stone unturned, while still maintaining the ability to see the big picture or legal issue of a transaction. Jenny approaches every interaction with a friendly demeanor, desire to help, and aims to keep the client’s best interest at the forefront.

Outside the Office

Jenny’s early childhood years were spent living in Dominican Republic before moving to the U.S., where she then lived in New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C. She moved to Florida during law school, but continues to be a Northerner at heart. Jenny enjoys spending time with family and friends and dog Theo, going out in nature, and traveling abroad (especially to her homeland, Dominican Republic!). Jenny is a beauty enthusiast and loves all things makeup and skincare related. She is also a firm believer in giving back to her community and is always looking for ways to get more involved.
