Jayson R. Wolfgang presented on State Procurement Law at the Office of General Counsel (OGC) University 2013 on Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Jayson’s presentation was titled, “Bringing and Defending Bid Protests: A Case Study.” The annual, two-day CLE event invited all state government attorneys and was hosted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of General Counsel.
