Jared Pickell represents healthcare, financial services and education employers in employment litigation matters including single-plaintiff discrimination claims, class action wage and hour litigation, restrictive covenant matters and all other employment disputes. He also advises human resource professionals and in-house counsel with respect to any and all employment-related issues, laws and regulations that companies navigate in their day-to-day operations.

While not afraid to aggressively litigate cases when necessary, he approaches all types of employee issues, small or large, by providing risk assessments with an eye toward practical solutions. Jared goes the extra mile to deeply understand his clients’ workplace culture and environment, their businesses and their goals.

Jared was selected for inclusion in the Pennsylvania Rising Stars list 2017-2023.

Prior to joining the firm, Jared was an associate at a Philadelphia law firm where he practiced labor and employment and public entity and civil rights.
