How Jacqueline Helps Clients

Jacqueline is an associate in Buchanan’s Healthcare, Litigation, and Data Privacy and Cybersecurity practice groups.

Within her role as a litigator, Jacqueline represents various healthcare providers including long-term care providers, assisted living facilities, behavioral health providers, health systems, and organizations of the like against professional liability claims.

As part of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy group, Jacqueline guides clients through the incident response process and advises them of evolving data privacy laws to ensure compliance of their policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Buchanan, Jacqueline was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Gregg A. Padovano of the New Jersey Superior Court. In addition to gaining experience as a Judicial Law Clerk, she also interned with a boutique law firm in New Jersey focused on all aspects of medical malpractice defense. While in law school, she also had the unique opportunity to participate as a Judicial Extern in the Civil Appeals Mediation Program for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Outside the Office

In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys relaxing on the beach and going on walks with her rescue dog.
