Jack J. Kessler, Rebecca Livingston Lando and George L. Cass Noted in the Daily Business Review for their Representation of Turnberry Associates

A recent article in the Daily Business Review described the increase in real estate lending for big-name developers in South Florida. Noted in the article were Buchanan shareholders Jack J. Kessler, Rebecca Livingston Lando and George L. Cass for their representation of Turnberry Associates, which obtained $213.5 million from JPMorgan Chase on December 31. Turnberry owns Aventura Mall, the largest in Florida and one of the largest in the country, with Simon Property Group. The mall plans to add another 315,000 square feet to its existing 2.7 million square feet.
