Chris Jackson, associate in the firm's Litigation section, and Leonard Jones, associate in the firm's Labor & Employment section, recently participated in the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education's panel "I’m Speaking – A Discussion on Diversity, Allyship, and Elimination of Bias." The speakers discussed how to be a proactive ally to fellow lawyers in a time of social and racial injustice and unrest, and how to recognize and weed out implicit bias and racism and instead support, promote and defend one another.
