Intellectual Property Shareholders Robert G. Mukai and Bassam N. Ibrahim spoke at a seminar organized by the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property of Japan (AIPPI-Japan) on November 11, 2014 in Tokyo, Japan. The seminar topics will include strategic uses of Patent Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB) proceedings and protection of non-traditional marks in the United States.
AIPPI JAPAN consists of corporate members (major companies, non-profit organizations, universities, etc.) and individual members (attorneys at law, patent attorneys, professors, etc.). With its total membership of about 1,100, it is the largest national group of AIPPI.
