Intellectual Property Attorney Keane Published in IAM 250 Patent & Technology 2011-12

An article written by Patrick C. Keane, chair of the Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Intellectual Property Section was published in the Patent & Technology Licensing edition of IAM 250. The article, "High court decisions give the go-ahead to speedier IP transactions," highlights two decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court and the en banc Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit.
