Rhea Law, chair of Buchanan's Florida offices, was quoted in Tampa Bay Business Journal's article "Influential Tampa Bay CEOs Launch New Transit Strategy."

"They want a place to live where they have it all," said Council of Governors founding member Rhea Law, chair of the Florida Offices of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney. "They want a place where you can be in the middle of the action, but can still have quality of life. They don't want have to have a car."

Law said the Tampa Bay region is woefully lacking in transit access and when companies talk about why they are missing out on top talent, transit is the resonating theme.
