Incident Investigations

Ivan J. Punchatz and David L. Gordon will speak at this seminar designed for health care professionals. The program is presented by the Health Care Association of New Jersey.

Punchatz is a health care attorney who has practiced in health care law for more than 20 years and formerly was deputy attorney general for New Jersey. Gordon focuses his practice on professional liability, specifically as it relates to defending long-term care facilities and physicians, nurses and hospitals in professional malpractice actions. Both are members of the Health Care Section in the Princeton office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.

The topics discussed at the seminar will include incident investigation updates, interested parties and legal reporting requirements, conducting the investigation and responding to the incident.
