Philadelphia Labor & Employment Law shareholder Gina Ameci will make a presentation on the topic "Hiring minors: Legal issues to consider," as part of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging's (AAHSA) 2008 Annual Meeting & Exposition.

This joint presentation with Acts Retirement Life Communities concerning the Child Labor laws examines the particular challenges faced by and solutions for health care organizations, nursing homes, assisted living communities and similar organizations.
