Health Care Shareholder John R. Washlick Appointed to Bloomberg BNA’s Health Law Reporter Editorial Advisory Board
Philadelphia – September 18, 2014 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney announced today that Health Care Shareholder John R. Washlick was appointed to Bloomberg BNA’s Health Law Reporter Editorial Advisory Board. The purpose of the advisory board is to gain insight from professionals in the Health Care field so the publication can publish information essential to their subscribers.
Washlick focuses his practice on health care commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. He is resident in both the firm’s Philadelphia and Princeton offices. His practice includes advising clients on a variety of health care matters, including related state and federal regulatory issues relating to structuring and implementing: mergers, acquisitions and affiliations; equity and contractual joint ventures; hospital/physician integration, clinical co-management and incentive compensation arrangements; other clinical delivery and shared savings models and more.
He earned his Master of Laws degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island.
