Harrisburg Litigators Publish Article in Pennsylvania Bar Association Quarterly

Harrisburg shareholder Jayson Wolfgang and associates Jan Budman and Kyle Meyer recently penned an article featured in the October 2014 edition of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Quarterly. The article, titled, “What is This ‘Exclusive’ Remedy We Call a Protest?” was part of a Symposium Issue that focused on Pennsylvania state and local government contracting.

Jayson, Jan, and Kyle discussed the statutory protest remedy afforded disappointed bidders or offerors involved in Pennsylvania procurements following the 2002 amendments to the Pennsylvania Procurement Code. Based in large part on their significant experience litigating these issues, including many of their own cases, the article also reviewed the decisional law of the Commonwealth and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania that has shaped the contours of the protest remedy.
