'Government tactics for controlling prescription drug prices' – International Bar Association

Linda Pissott Reig, shareholder in the firm's FDA practice, will present and act as a moderator during the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Healthcare & Life Sciences Committee Hot Topic Roundtable Discussion on April 21. Linda currently serves as an officer on the IBA's Healthcare and Life Sciences Committee.

Linda will present "Government tactics for controlling prescription drug prices." In the session, participants will consider how the United States approach compares with other countries seeking to manage ever-increasing drug prices and offers participants the opportunity to share their countries' perspectives. The group will also consider how government efforts to control prescription drug prices may impact product innovation and product lifecycle management in the US and globally.
