Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Labor & Employment Shareholder David J. Laurent will present "A Primer on Fiduciary Duties Under ERISA," as part of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's "Fundamentals of ERISA" program, an all-day CLE.

Laurent's presentation overviewed the basic principals of ERISA's fiduciary requirements, including who fiduciaries are, what duties a fiduciary must meet, and how fiduciary duties can be enforced.
