Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section Annual Meeting

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Shareholder Philip L. Hirschhorn will help kickoff the annual meeting of the New York State Bar Association's Food, Drug & Cosmetic Law Section on January 26, 2012. Immediately following the opening remarks, Hirschhorn will participate in a panel discussion on "Current IP Trends for FDA Practitioners." The discussion will include recent Supreme Court cases, key legislation and other relevant decisions.

The one-day event, held in New York City, also features panels on the 501(k) pathway, the FDA's social media policy and an update on industry happenings.
