Federal and State Analysis of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021

With Congress passing another COVID-19 relief package, the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, we now look to understand how relief funds will be allocated and what that means for industries, businesses and individuals in need.

Buchanan’s Federal Government Relations team will provide an overview of the $1.9 trillion aid package, followed by in-depth analysis from the firm’s Pennsylvania and Florida State Government Relations teams.
