Emerging media – including streaming video services like Hulu, Netflix, or YouTube – is changing the broadcast landscape as fans turn to nontraditional means to follow their favorite teams and artists.
In a joint event hosted by Ohio State University's Entertainment and Sports Law Association and the Intellectual Property Law Society, chair of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Entertainment and Media Law Group David A. Gurwin will participate in a three-person panel discussion regarding the intellectual property issues faced by the sports and entertainment industries.
