Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Shareholder Margaret B. Angel will participate as faculty at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's seminar, titled "A Day on Real Estate," on Tuesday, March 10. Her presentation, titled "Ethically Resolving Conflicts of Interest (Ethics)" will analyze the underpinnings that cause conflicts of interest for lawyers, ways to address them, common mistakes in addressing them and the consequences of failing to ethically address them. Current headlines of litigation over conflicts of interest, as well as prior cases, will be used as discussion points.
