How Erin Helps Clients
Erin uses her nearly 20 years of paralegal experience to provide litigation assistance during all phases of a case, from inception to trial. Her work includes working with attorneys to prepare and file various pleadings, conducting legal and factual research, and assisting with drafting pleadings and other legal documents. She also assists attorneys with preparing for depositions, court hearings, and trials, reviews and summarizes medical records, assists with discovery including reviewing and summarizing document, prepares witness materials, and coordinates with vendors.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Erin worked for several years in the personal injury litigation arena, where she gained experience drafting discovery and pleadings, gathering relevant documents for discovery, assisting with trial preparation, and conducting case law research via Westlaw.
What Clients Can Expect
Erin’s dedication, experience, and communication skills make her an invaluable factor in helping clients and ensuring their needs are met. She serves as a liaison between clients, witnesses, experts, and the trial team. She is also familiar with court filing procedures and practices in various jurisdictions, so she can complete court filings that are both thorough and accurate.
Outside the Office
When Erin is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and their 2 children. She is an avid runner and has completed several half marathons. Erin also enjoys spending time with her family and making memories on family vacations at Walt Disney World.
