Jaime Tuite, shareholder and head of the firm's Pittsburgh office, recently presented a workplace training on employment laws. During the presentation, Jaime discussed the different types of employment laws and how to distinguish between illegal, unprofessional, and undesirable conduct. She also provided an overview of the different types of conduct that can amount to unlawful harassment and retaliation and walked the group through hypotheticals to illustrate how the law and policies work.
