Employees Gone Rogue: Protecting Confidential Information throughout Employment and Conducting Ethical Investigations into Workplace Matters
Jaime S. Tuite, shareholder and William P. Lewis, associate, will participate in the California University of Pennsylvania Institute of Law and Public Policy Seminars series, presenting "Employees Gone Rogue: Protecting Confidential Information throughout Employment and Conducting Ethical Investigations into Workplace Matters." They will discuss strategies for protecting confidential employer information, confidentiality policies and agreements (including restrictive covenants), plans for exiting employees and independent contractors, and an understanding of the technology involved will be presented. In addition, they will cover processes and procedures for employer-conducted ethical investigations into workplace matters ranging from theft of information to harassment and discrimination concerns.
