How Emily Helps Clients

Emily Finnegan focuses her practice on the representation of businesses and individuals in labor and employment disputes.

Prior to joining Buchanan, Emily was an associate attorney at a Philadelphia law firm where she defended clients involved in civil and commercial litigation.

During law school, Emily served as an advanced student attorney for the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services (“CARES”). She was also the production editor of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal.
