Diversity In Law Series: Law Firms and Minority Attorneys & The Rooney and Mansfield Rules

Heather Brock, the firm's Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, will participate in the South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association's (AILA) Diversity in Law Series. Heather will discuss minority attorneys in law firms and the Rooney and Mansfield Rules.

The AILA South Florida Chapter's Diversity in Law Series will be presented throughout the year. Guest speakers will focus on the value of attorney and client diversity, as well as how to extinguish some of the underlying discrimination and biases in our practice of law and against the immigrant communities.
