Developing a Strong Framework for Tobacco Control – International Law Enforcement Reporter

Michelle Miller, a paralegal in Buchanan’s Intellectual Property section, authored an article in the International Law Enforcement Reporter entitled “Developing a Strong Framework for Tobacco Control”. In the piece, which was published November 1, 2002, she discusses the Framework Convention Alliance’s efforts to create the Convention on Tobacco Control in the interest of public health.
