Inaugural District of Delaware Bench and Bar Conference

The United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, in conjunction with the Federal Circuit Bar Association, are pleased to announce the Inaugural District of Delaware Bench and Bar Conference May 7-8 at Hotel DuPont in Wilmington, Del.
The Conference offers 9 hours of CLE credit (DE and PA) featuring district and appellate judges from around the United States and nationally recognized practitioners from both the public and private sectors.
Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Executive Shareholder Patrick C. Keane will moderate a break-out session at the Conference on May 8 at 8:15am. The panel he will moderate is titled "IP Track: Parallel PTAB Proceedings and Their Impact on District Court Proceedings."
Shareholder Christine M. Hansen has played in integral role in planning the inaugural event, and serves on the organizing committee for the Association.
