How David Helps Clients
David provides representation, strategies, and solutions to corporations and individuals around the world on U.S. immigration matters. As the son of immigrants, he understands the transformative impact that successful immigration can have on families and the security U.S. citizenship offers.
David takes the time to understand his clients' goals and objectives to create the best possible strategy for achieving them. Centering his practice on immigration, David has supported many business and corporate clients in enhancing their U.S. workforce with skilled workers and managers. He has also assisted numerous individual clients in attaining a wide variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas based on their investments, skills, knowledge, or extraordinary ability.
An active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2016, David has held numerous committee positions with AILA National, AILA South Florida, and the AILA Latin America and Caribbean Chapter (LACC), including serving on the Board of Directors of both AILA LACC and AILA South Florida.
