David Gurwin's Article on Data Privacy and Security Featured in teQ magazine

David Gurwin, the chair of the firm's Entertainment and Media Law Group and of the firm's Copyright Practice Group and the Technology Transactions Group, recently authored an article for the Spring 2016 issue of teQ magazine, titled "Data Privacy and Security: Don't Forget the Basics" in which he discusses the evolution of European data privacy laws and their effect on U.S. companies. Additionally, David discusses other privacy-related laws and regulations that can adversely affect companies in regard to online privacy and data security policies.
