How Christopher Helps Clients

Chris counsels healthcare clients in labor and employment-related matters, including FLSA, EEOC, PHRA, Title VI, regulation and compliance, and healthcare litigation. He collaborates with client’s internal healthcare teams to thoroughly understand their goals and determine the best strategy to achieve them. Chris also works with clients in the manufacturing, restaurant and home improvement industries.

Chris brings unique and deep in-court experience to his clients. As a criminal defense attorney in the Dauphin County Public Defender’s Office, he argued before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, secured favorable verdicts for his clients before juries in trial in the Court of Common Pleas and testified before the State Senate Judiciary Committee. Chris litigated hundreds of cases through completion, juggling the needs of his many clients, and made sure each one had all of their questions answered and needs met before they appeared before a judge.

In law school, Chris worked with the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education to negotiate labor contracts with various unions, litigate related labor disputes and assist with arbitrations surrounding wrongful termination grievances.

Chris was honored by The Best Lawyers in America© in the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch edition in the area of Criminal Defense: White-Collar.
