Christian Antkowiak Quoted in the Philadelphia Business Journal on New Overtime Rule

Christian Antkowiak, counsel in Buchanan's labor and employment section, was recently quoted in a Philadelphia Business Journal article titled, “A major change in overtime rules.” Christian talks about the challenges employers face as they implement the new regulations and how it affects businesses in the future.

“Do they bring everyone up? Start paying overtime? Hire more people to cut down on overtime?” he asked. “There are so many small and medium-sized businesses who don’t have a tremendous amount of resources to handle this.”
