The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments on a century-old real estate law in two gas lease disputes reports Law360.
“We all anticipate the Supreme Court will follow precedent here,” Matthew F. Burger, chairman of Buchanan’s energy section tells the publications. “Neither case should represent a very large departure or an opportunity to make new law.”
