Buchanan’s Miami Growth Continues with Addition of Litigator Jason Martorella
MIAMI – April 7, 2022 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney continues its strong growth of the firm’s Miami footprint as it welcomes Jason Martorella, Counsel in the Litigation section. Martorella is the latest in a string of hires in Miami, which has grown steadily in recent years.
Martorella focuses his practice on litigating contractual disputes, fiduciary claims, fraud, professional malpractice and other economic torts on behalf of corporate and individual creditors and investors in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He also counsels companies on best processes for ensuring business and operational continuity, minimizing the loss of revenue and interrupted growth.

He is admitted to practice in in Florida and New York.
