Buchanan’s Brian Rath Presents New Medical Planning Tool to New Jersey Area

On Wednesday, October 8, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Brian Rath presented a webinar attended by over 100 participants. His presentation, titled “Qualified Income Trusts (AKA Miller Trusts) for Providers,” discussed the new Medicaid planning tool in the New Jersey area and the providers impacted by the QIAs, including long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, home health providers and independent senior living.
