Buchanan's Joseph A. Dougherty Talks Client Transition Across Age Groups in The Legal Intelligencer

The Legal Intelligencer published an article covering how law firms successfully transition client matters from the baby boomer generation to younger partners.

Buchanan Shareholder and CEO-Elect Joseph A. Dougherty weighed in, telling the publication that Buchanan has a system in place that works to "buddy up" younger lawyers with more senior attorneys so that client relationships are shared.

"Every single situation is different," Dougherty said. "I don't know if there is really a standard approach."
