Buchanan Shareholder Stuart P. Slotnick Quoted in FOXNews.com Article about Sesame Workshop Scandal

Stuart P. Slotnick, Managing Shareholder in Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's New York Litigation Section, was quoted in a recent article on FOXNews.com about whether Sesame Workshop should have suspended puppeteer Kevin Clash upon the receipt of initial allegations from two men who said they had sexual relationships with Clash when they were minors.

"This may be more of a crisis PR issue for 'Sesame Street' than a legal issue," Slotnick said. "First, the relationships have taken place years ago, and it is not as if now the allegations are that 'Sesame Street' knew this was happening, and that they knew they had an employee that was a predator, and did nothing about the situation."
