Buchanan Proudly Co-Hosts Seminar on Managing the Risk and Uncertainty in Marcellus Shale; Moran to Serve as Presenter
On September 16, 2010, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, in conjunction with Marsh's Academy of Risk, will host "Managing the Risk and Uncertainty in Marcellus Shale," taking place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Southpointe Golf Club in Canonsburg, PA.
Buchanan's Sean Moran will team up with firm client, CONSOL Energy, Inc., to present at this seminar intended for leaders of companies actively involved in Marcellus Shale operations, including producers, operators, contractors, drillers, land owners, water treatment and transportation companies.
In recent months, many have weighed in on the numerous risks associated with Marcellus Shale gas operations. While the debate continues, companies must proactively manage the multiple exposures associated with Marcellus Shale operations. Presenters will discuss best practices and strategies to manage or address current legal issues and risks associated with Marcellus Shale operations.
