Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s Thomas A. Bergstrom Named Adviser on American Law Institute Project
ALI’s project will re-examine Article 213 of the Model Penal Code, which was ahead of its time when approved by the ALI In 1962, but is now outdated and no longer a reliable guide for legislatures and courts.
Bergstrom focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defense in both federal and state courts out of Buchanan’s Philadelphia office. He has defended hundreds of businesses, professionals and individuals in all stages of state and federal government enforcement proceedings. He has experience in antitrust, securities, tax, fraud and environmental criminal cases.
