Miami, FL, April 28, 2009 — Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is proud to announce that Mark S. Auerbacher joined the firm's Miami office on Monday, April 27, 2009, as counsel in the Litigation Section. Auerbacher, previously with Katz Barron Squitero Faust, brings valuable experience to Buchanan's South Florida office, which focuses its practice on financial institution representation including creditors' rights, real estate, commercial and general litigation, corporate law, estate planning, probate administration and litigation and immigration.

Mark S. Auerbacher has extensive experience in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including business tort actions involving unfair competition, corporate dissolution and fraudulent transfers of assets. His practice also focuses on real estate, contract and financial dispute litigation.
